Attend Spring Graduation 2023 at Clemson University While Enjoying Our Boutique Hospitality at The Inn at Patrick Square

Your room or suite here at The Inn at Patrick Square puts you within delightfully easy reach of Clemson University and its Littlejohn Coliseum (219 Perimeter Rd), the venue for Clemson’s May graduation ceremonies.

Those ceremonies, each about two hours long, take place on Thursday, May 11th and Friday, May 12th. Doors at Littlejohn Coliseum open two hours before the ceremony start time, with guests welcomed in through the main gates and enjoying first-come, first-served seating. 

Here’s the breakdown of the main event:

May 11th Graduation Ceremonies

Thursday’s proceedings begin at 9 AM with an Undergraduate Ceremony awarding graduates of the College of Business. The Masters Ceremony for all colleges takes place at 1:30 PM, followed at 6 PM by an evening Undergraduate Ceremony for the College of Education and the College of Science.

May 12th Graduation Ceremonies

The first Undergraduate Ceremony on Friday, held at 9 AM, confers diplomas for the College of Engineering, Computing & Applied Sciences. The 1:30 PM Undergraduate Ceremony features the College of Behavioral, Social & Health Sciences. 

Finally, Spring Graduation 2023 closes out at 6 PM with the Undergraduate Ceremony for the College of Agriculture, Forestry & Life Sciences and the College of Architecture, Art & Humanities.

The Spring Doctoral Hooding Ceremony at Clemson University

On Tuesday, May 9th, Clemson University honors its PhD graduates with a 3 PM ceremony at the Brooks Center.
