Hotel Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 4 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations that occur within the 24-hour cancellation period will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please note that there may be stricter cancellation rules for football game weekends and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.
Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings.

PET POLICY
We kindly ask that guests leave pets at home. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
HOW CLOSE IS THE HOTEL TO THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN CLEMSON?
We’re located just 2 miles from downtown Clemson, so that you can reach the heart of town in just a few minutes by car or rideshare. You can also enjoy the shops and restaurants within walking distance of the Inn in the Patrick Square neighborhood.
DO YOU OFFER VALET PARKING?
We do not offer valet parking. Complimentary parking is available for all guests at both the front and back entrances of the Inn.
DO YOU OFFER IN-ROOM DINING?
While we don’t offer in-room dining, guests can visit our Market Place for local snacks, beverages, and travel essentials. Just off the lobby, The Chestnut Coffee House serves specialty coffees and light breakfast fare each morning.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY?
We are a smoke-free hotel, but there are designated smoking areas outside for your convenience.
