Yes, we offer flexible event venues across our property:
- Barker Ballroom: 1,860 sq. ft. indoor venue (can divide into 1,200 sq. ft. Breakout A and 660 sq. ft. Breakout B)
- Barker Hall / Pre-Function Space: 744 sq. ft. indoor foyer for receptions
- The Village Green: 1,350 sq. ft. outdoor lawn with a gazebo and pavilion
Is there a business center available for guest use?
No, we do not have an on-site business center.
Do you offer free printing or workspace options?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout our lobby, coffee shop, and guest rooms, and our front desk team offers document printing assistance upon request.
What types of events does the hotel host, and what group sizes are best suited for the space?
We host weddings, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, luncheons, business meetings, training sessions, and social gatherings. Our event spaces are best suited for small to mid-sized groups.
What is the maximum capacity for each event space?
- Barker Ballroom: Accommodates up to 100 guests
- Barker Ballroom Breakout A: Accommodates up to 60 guests
- Barker Ballroom Breakout B: Accommodates up to 30 guests
- Barker Hall: Accommodates up to 100 guests

We offer audiovisual rental equipment for events:
- Projector and screen ($150)
- Two speakers with microphone ($200)
- Podium ($50)
- Whiteboard with markers ($20)
- Power strips ($10 each, up to 5 available)
Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?
We partner with Rick Erwin's Clemson for event catering, but outside caterers are also welcome (please note that venue pricing will be adjusted if you select an outside caterer).

Yes, outside vendors are welcome for events. Please contact our hotel team in advance to review vendor requirements and guidelines.
What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline for events?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract booking, with final payment due 20 days prior to your event date.
What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?
We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi across all event spaces to support meeting connectivity.
Are outdoor event spaces available, and what is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather?
Yes, The Village Green (1,350 sq. ft. outdoor lawn with gazebo and pavilion) is available for outdoor events. A weather contingency plan can be integrated into your event contract, with venue pricing adjusted accordingly.
